my goals: My goal IS NOT to be skinny, its to be strong. its about working to push my limits everday and so then ill have the strength to push myself in every other area of my life. I want to be ‘successful’, which is being strong mentally and pyshically. When you get out of high school and into the real world, every day requires FULL attention, theres no room for being weak or lazy. If your not working hard to better yourself, then your going to get run over. like was said, its not about being thin, its about being intelligent,wise,strong,fearless and ambitious. If anyone says that this world isnt competitive, they’re lying. you have to work for everything,even the bed you sleep in costs money. if you want a nice life, you need to put your best foot foward every day, if you want to be on top, you better be willing to do what every one else isnt. and thats what i want. i want SUCCESS. i want a beautiful home, i want champagne showers and first class flights out to Italy, i want to be healthy with boundless energy, i want to feel CLEAN,and HAPPY. and to wake up in a beautiful clean white mansion on the edge of the beach, or overlooking all of new york city. I want a BETTER life than the one i was born into. I’m not SETTLING, im going to be a fighter, and work my way to wear i want to be, (and be happy and loving every moment of it:) i am going to have a strong mind, so nothing touches me, a strong body so nothing stops me.I look around and realize that everyone is either miserable or just going nowhere. People just drown out there problems with drugs or alcohol, or ignore there weaknesses and flaws in their personality’s, so they struggle for the rest of there lifes ignoring there lifes lessons. Im not doing that, i’ll face any of my fears or weaknesses head on. Im hoping maybe someday ill be someone to be looked up to,that is wise enough to help others with there problems, and give people the advice they need to be better.

my average body weight is: 134-151 pounds
-I am currently 31% body fat (150 pounds)
-I’d start seeing abs at: 124 pounds (18% body fat)
-I’d have a six pack at:117 pounds (12% body fat)
